Leads and overseeing quality assurance activities to ensure products, processes, and systems comply with customer requirements, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality objectives. This role supervises QA personnel, drives continuous improvement initiatives, manages quality investigations, and supports cross-functional teams in maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS). Supervise daily Quality Assurance operations and ensure compliance with established quality procedures and standards. Monitor and evaluate product quality throughout manufacturing, inspection, testing, and release processes. Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, including applicable standards such as ISO 9001, or other standards Review and approve quality documentation, reports, procedures, and work instructions. Lead, coach, and develop QA inspectors, technicians, and engineers. Assign work priorities and ensure adequate staffing to support production and quality objectives. Ensure timely closure of audit findings and corrective actions. Lead investigations of customer complaints, quality incidents, and nonconforming products. Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions and report results to management.

Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing, aerospace, electronics, or related industry. Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience. Experience with quality management systems and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry. Knowledge and Skills Strong understanding of quality systems, auditing principles, and quality tools. Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies. Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, control plans, and risk management. Familiarity with ISO standards and applicable regulatory requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and prepare management reports.
