About the Role Duties
Monitor the Club Lounge to ensure seating availability, guest safety, wellbeing, and exceptional service standards. Welcome and assist guests, anticipate service needs, respond to enquiries, and provide professional and memorable guest experience. Prepare and serve hot, cold, and alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and responsible service requirements. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the bar, lounge area, equipment, tables, glassware, and utensils. Manage stock levels of beverages, ice, glassware, and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment and secure storage of inventory. Complete opening and closing procedures, document relevant information, coordinate supply requisitions, and communicate operational or guest requirements to the kitchen and leadership team.
Skills & Experience
Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA) I’m Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth) Experience working in customer service role preferable Passion for customer service Unrestricted working rights for Australia
