What You'll Do

Review and respond to unemployment claims

Partner with site leadership to address people issues and develop business solutions

Assist with investigations and formulate proper responses to government, legal, or internally reported employee relations issues

Ensure legal compliance with all applicable local state and federal employment laws to minimize risk/exposure to the company

Oversee all aspects of employee relations; ensure Company policies are administered fairly and consistently

Oversee annual benefits open enrollment

Oversee recruiting process to ensure staffing needs are met in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with EEO, FCC and Affirmative Action

Partner with Leave of Absence team to ensure compliance with ADA and FMLA; communicate with employees regarding leaves of absence

Participate in compensation planning, performance assessment and employee development planning

Assist in recruitment and administration of new hires, terminations, compensation, learning and development, performance management and benefits programs

Oversee implementation of CMC programs to comply with various governmental regulations dealing with EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA and other related Federal & State laws

Ability to work a schedule outside of normal business hours as needed to support a 24/7 operation

Knowledge of Human Resources field, including recruiting, employee relations, benefits, training, and compensation required

Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a Generalist role

Your Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
