Reports To:  Sr.Line Leader or Production Supervisor Group/Division:  China Operation Career Band:  III Job Track: Associate Position Location:  CMC factory, Guangzhou, PRC Number of Direct Reports:  0 Day/Shift (if applicable):  Day FLSA Status (Exempt/Non-Exempt):  N/A Position Summary: (1-2 sentences) 完成关键工位的生产任务和协助工程师团队解决技术问题及数据收集，并作为生产团队的核心员工完成新员工的“传、帮、带” Key Responsibilities: (Bullets) 具备生产关键岗位的核心技能，并严格按照图纸、作业指导文件或操作规程进行预检、装配、测试、最终检查等操作； 保量保证：完成主管每天安排的生产任务以及质量和安全目标 利用 PPI 建议、发起或推动生产改进的方法。如提高设备利用率、产能、工艺流程、工作环境等来提高工作效率、质量指标和减少浪费。 记录、维护日常生产记录， FPY 等数据和报告，确保有效的跟踪和持续改进。 多技能学习和跨产线支持，按照培训流程完成新进员工的岗位技能培训 积极配合工程师的相关项目验证，样机装配和测试工作。 严格遵守公司 EHS 的程序和规定，包含环境，健康和安全（ EHS ） Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets) 大专或大专以上学历，机电类或仪器类背景； 熟悉电脑操作，具备一定英语读写能力优先； 能够看懂简单的机械装配图纸（如装配爆炸图） , 电路控制原理图，液体管路图，气压原理图等。 从事过机电类产品的组装、测试工作 3 年以上，有仪器行业工作经验优先； 有光路系统组装或调试经验者优先。 动手能力强，具有较强的学习新技能的能力； 有很强的质量意识和服务意识，和 5”S” 观念； 工作积极主动，能适时配合加班
