**_About This Role_**

+ Supporting the Human Resources team with ongoing and/or new projects

+ Assigned projects will support one or more of our HR center of excellence \(talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards or HR operations\) or with HR business partner work\.

+ Being involved in related business, meetings, and processes

+ Reporting on your experience at the completion of the intern assignment\.

**_Qualifications_**

+ Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, using Microsoft suite applications

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

+ Can work independently, learn new tasks, identify and solve problems, meets deadlines and show a strong self\-motivation and initiative

Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs\. The pay range should be used as a general guide only\. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations\.

In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is

22 \- 26 per hour\.
