Your Opportunity
At Schwab, you're empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us "challenge the status quo" and transform the finance industry together.
We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).
This role owns the vision, roadmap, priorities, and delivery of money movement and asset transfer platform capabilities, translating business strategy and customer needs into clear product increments that improve payments, transfers, account funding, scheduling, verification, and transaction experiences. The Senior Product Owner partners closely with business, operations, design, engineering, architecture, data, controls, and Agile teams to define requirements, manage dependencies, maintain a delivery-ready backlog, assess operational and technical impacts, and guide capabilities from discovery through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires balancing customer value, operational efficiency, risk, technical sustainability, and delivery commitments while aligning stakeholders, communicating progress, and supporting scalable, reusable platform solutions.
