The Property Tax Clerk position is responsible for assisting the tax department with using property tax systems to review data, generate reports in Oracle and property tax systems, conduct research projects and respond to internal and external inquiries. Provide various administrative tasks.

Analyze invoices for real and personal property taxes to ensure accuracy Approve property tax payments in Onesource Property Tax software Code and enter invoices into the accounts payable system Organize property tax consultants’ invoices and savings reports On site management of tax mail Run Oracle account queries Ability to research property taxes on county websites Other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by supervisor We are looking for candidates who possess the following: Minimum two years college with accounting course work or equivalent Minimum of two years of experience working in a finance, accounting or business office Intermediate level PC skills with knowledge of Windows & Microsoft Office software applications, with an emphasis on Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to organize and prioritize tasks Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy Self-motivated Ability to complete work with a minimum of supervision under rigid time constraints Good analytical skills Ability to work in a team setting Ability to work in a fast-paced environment We also provide a variety of benefits including: Competitive wages paid weekly Access to up to 50% of your earned wages before payday, via our partnership with Stream Associate discounts Health and financial well-being benefits for eligible associates (Medical, Dental, 401k and more!)
