What You Will Get To Do:   SS&C is seeking a highly skilled strategic Product and Solutions Director to join our team based in Hong Kong.  The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our efforts in identification, development, and launch of new hedge fund products and solutions. Working closely with senior leadership and other cross-functional teams, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle—from concept and research to execution and market launch. This role requires a strong understanding of hedge fund strategies, market trends, and client needs, with a focus on driving innovation and enhancing our competitive edge.  This role demands a high level of strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage and implement new solutions. Department: International Hedge Fund Services Reporting to: Managing Director, International Hedge Fund Services Key Responsibilities Product Strategy and Vision - Define and execute the strategic roadmap for hedge fund products and solutions, identifying market opportunities, industry trends and evolving client needs to drive innovation and growth. Client Engagement - Engage with key clients and internal stakeholders to understand evolving requirements, gather market feedback and translate client needs into differentiated product and solution opportunities. Acquisitions – Identify and support the evaluation of potential acquisition opportunities that complement SS&C’s capabilities and align with the strategic objectives of the International Hedge Fund business. Market Insights & Trends - Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory developments and changing client demands to inform product strategy and investment priorities. Provide thought leadership on the evolution of hedge fund services and emerging industry developments. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner across sales, technology, operations and business teams to develop and deliver new products and solutions, ensuring alignment between client requirements, commercial objectives and operational capabilities.
