You will be responsible and ensuring the candidate sourcing, pipelining, end to end recruiting and onboarding processes are completed accurately, timely and in compliance with China-specific governmental regulations and professional standards and practices. You will support recruiting for the growing market for the Growth Market Autonomy business. This role is to be based in the Shanghai or Wuxi, China. This position requires working onsite five days a week.

Placing advertisements, attending job fairs, and performing other related duties to support recruitment processes. Conducting qualitative candidate pre-screens while providing exemplary candidate experience, providing informed recommendations, and extending offers to candidates.
