NATURE OF WORK Ensures efficiency and accuracy of Product Configuration. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.  Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Provides solutions to complex Product set-up using advanced knowledge on problem-solving. Develops/Improves RSPL Processes and Procedures. Support in ensuring that metrics and KPIs are met. Able to adjust to non-routine situations by defining and utilizing appropriate methods and processes. Implement Engineering Change Requests, customer-specific request and process improvement for RSPL Parts Create Recommended Spare Parts Lists (RSPL) which includes recommended quantity and Sales Leadtime for new and existing program or airline Coordinates with Valusstream Leaders, Sales Manager, Project managers to ensure correct program information such as schedule and details needed to create RSPL Review engineering drawings, envelope drawings and consolidated Bill of Materials to determine recommended spare parts including wear and consumable parts. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned RSPL programs Adheres to and participates in all EH&S practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others . MINIMUM REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Graduate of Engineering courses. Exposure in Bill of Materials and knowledge in engineering drawings interpretation, preferably with experience in Team Center software application. Awareness of the certification framework within which the work is undertaken. Good teamwork & can work with minimum supervision. Highly analytical & very keen on details. Effective oral and written communication skills. Experience and/or training in configuration management in an aviation engineering environment.
