As a Supplier Quality Manager, you will be responsible for managing supplier quality improvement topics. Key responsibilities in your new role Be responsible for checking the feasibility of the suppliers and the release of new suppliers. Release of new/changed parts and processes at suppliers (VDA2, PPAP). Support/lead supplier audits. Handle change management at suppliers (PCN). Create specification requirements PS-B, PS-C. Organize, control, regulation and quantification of all supplier quality audits and related activities for potential supplier as well of SQM Reporting, Planning of audits work out methodology Manage audits as Lead Auditor with the objective of minimizing the negative impact of quality issues to operating profit and optimizing the overall processes between R&D, Business Unit and supplier and the use of resources especially in terms of fast qualifications and reliable supplier quality. Support the quality improvement programs on supplier side. Manage supplier non-conformance (SCAR/FAR) and Supplier Deviation Request (SDR) activities.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed University Degree in Engineering or equivalent degree. At least 2-3 years of experience in production environment, preferable in Supplier Quality engineering or Material Engineering. Experience in new supplier releases, PPA approval procedures. Practice in Supplier related audits (preferably VDA6.3 ) Willingness to travel. Hungarian is a must and good command of English language. Knowledge of German would be a plus.
