Corporate Strategy Manager

We are looking for an experienced strategy professional to help shape the strategic direction of Cummins’ Distribution Business across Asia Pacific. This newly created regional role will work closely with senior leaders on some of the business’s most important growth, profitability and transformation priorities – from framing complex strategic questions through to recommendations and execution. The role offers exposure across markets, businesses and senior leadership, with the flexibility to be based in any Australian capital city or Singapore. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Lead high-impact strategic initiatives and workstreams across business units, growth opportunities and new ventures Develop business strategies using qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate opportunities, challenges and potential solutions Generate strategic insights from market, financial, environmental, stakeholder and business data to support decision-making Partner with senior regional and global leaders and key stakeholders to influence strategic direction and outcomes Lead cross-functional initiatives, resolving complex challenges and driving strategic priorities through to execution Communicate complex strategic concepts and recommendations clearly through compelling written and verbal presentations Lead through influence, providing strategic guidance on complex business challenges while coaching and building capability across project teams
