Job Requisition ID # 26WD100711 L'affichage de poste en français suivra / The French job posting follows. 26WD100711, Learning Ecosystem Partnerships Manager Position Overview   The Learning Ecosystem Partnerships Manager develops and manages strategic external partnerships that extend the reach and impact of Autodesk’s Learning Ecosystem.   This role   identifies   and develops opportunities to connect Autodesk Learning with external learning providers, platforms, and ecosystems; explores partnership, content-sharing, and distribution models; and manages strategic relationships from   initial   opportunity through activation and ongoing growth.   Online learning and third-party content partnerships will be   an initial   area of focus, with the opportunity to expand into other strategic relationships that strengthen Autodesk’s broader Learning Ecosystem over time.

Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic external Learning Ecosystem partnerships Identify, evaluate, and develop opportunities with online learning providers, content partners, platforms, and other external ecosystem participants Explore partnership and business models that create value for Autodesk, partners, and customers Define value propositions, participation models, and engagement approaches for Learning Ecosystem partnerships Develop and test content-sharing and learning distribution approaches that extend the reach of Autodesk Learning Build and manage strategic relationships with external learning providers and ecosystem partners Lead partnership onboarding, activation, and strategic pilots Establish shared goals, responsibilities, success criteria, and ways of working with partners Maintain visibility into partnership health, commitments, outcomes, and opportunities for expansion Capture   partner   and customer insights and use them to evolve Autodesk’s approach to external Learning Ecosystem partnerships Navigate business, operational, and contractual considerations associated with external partnerships Partner across Autodesk and with Business Excellence to develop repeatable and scalable approaches   Minimum Qualifications   5+ years of experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, business development, digital learning, customer education, or   a related   field Demonstrated experience building and managing strategic external relationships Experience developing partnership models, strategic alliances, or ecosystem relationships Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, pilots, or partnership programs Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Experience navigating business, operational, or contractual considerations associated with external partnerships Ability to translate strategic opportunities into executable partnership models and plans Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple partnerships and initiatives simultaneously Experience in SaaS, technology, customer learning, online learning, learning platforms, content providers, or professional education preferred --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 26WD100711, Responsable des partenariats au sein de l'écosystème d'apprentissage Aperçu du Poste Le responsable des partenariats de l’écosystème de formation développe et gère des partenariats externes stratégiques visant à étendre la portée et l’impact de l’écosystème de formation d’Autodesk.
