As an Event Specialist, you are responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of Summit, Tour and Tier 1 tradeshows. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-driven event professional who takes full ownership of event programs end-to-end — from stakeholder alignment and content development through vendor management and on-site delivery. The candidate should bring strong program management skills, the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes, and a track record of delivering high-impact partner experiences at scale in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What we do: Manage end-to-end event workstreams and program areas including venue management, executive programming, expo, public spaces, space planning, F&B, transportation, keynote, and more. Drive event project plans and documentation, maintaining accountability for timelines, milestones, and status reporting across multiple concurrent events Manage vendor and cross-functional team relationships, overseeing deliverables, contracts, budgets, and proactively mitigating risks and resolving issues Lead on-site event execution, directing teams across registration, room management, speaker coordination, and real-time problem-solving Own post-event analysis and reporting, synthesizing data, feedback, and performance metrics to inform leadership decisions and drive continuous improvement Requirements: 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, event coordination, or a related discipline Strong project management, time management, organizational, and execution skills with keen attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively across multiple concurrent projects while consistently meeting deadlines Ability to interact with all levels of internal staff and external contacts with professionalism Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience in an events role   Snowflake is growing fast, and we're scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
