Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for assembly line equipment. Support the installation, commissioning, and improvement of production machines and equipment. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement mistake-proofing (Poka-Yoke) solutions to eliminate recurring machine issues. Troubleshoot equipment failures and provide timely corrective actions to minimize production downtime. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve machine reliability and maintainability.

Purpose: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and production efficiency. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards. Improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime to support business objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or production equipment support. Knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis techniques. Basic understanding of PLCs, sensors, pneumatic systems, and electrical control systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals. Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, or OEE concepts is an advantage. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
