We are excited to bring on a Product Support Specialist to our RPS Product Team. In this role, you will support advisory and asset allocation programs by collaborating with assigned business teams and internal and external partners to manage and enhance existing offerings. This role is responsible for helping ensure the effective execution of current programs while contributing to strategic projects focused on improving products, processes, and client outcomes. Strong relationship-building, project management, and collaboration skills are essential to successfully drive initiatives and deliver value to stakeholders. What you'll be doing
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and external partners to provide comprehensive support and ensure the integrity of Lincoln’s advisory and asset allocation product offerings • Deliver timely and accurate recurring reports to internal and external stakeholders • Monitor the book of business to identify trends, investigate anomalies, and escalate issues as appropriate • Determine, or seek guidance to determine, the most appropriate response to identified problems, issues, or defects by assessing impact, risk, and prioritization • Analyze operational and business challenges and support the development and implementation of effective solutions • Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate recommendations to management that enhance quality, increase efficiency, and reduce workloads within assigned areas of responsibility What we’re looking for
Must-Haves: • 1 - 3+ Years experience with retirement products and/or services that align with the responsibilities of this position • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelors) • Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills Nice-to-haves: · Prior experience with Lincoln Director and Alliance product offerings · Working knowledge of Morningstar services including Managed Accounts, fiduciary services and custom models · Experienced with Excel pivot tables and macros Application Deadline

The pay range for this position is $55,700 - $100,200 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law.
