Product Manager, Lead Ads Solutions (San Jose)

TikTok is seeking an experienced Product Manager to build ads platform products for Lead Ads solutions. This role focuses on the end-to-end lead-generation experience within TikTok Ads Manager — from lead collection and qualification to conversion — and on designing industry-specific solutions for priority verticals (e.g. auto, education, finserv). You will identify new opportunities for industry solutions and optimize the ads experience to drive lead quality, cost efficiency, and advertiser growth on the platform.

Responsibilities: - Lead the development and optimization of Lead Ads features within TikTok Ads Manager across the full funnel. - Design and scale industry-specific lead-generation solutions for priority verticals, tailoring the lead collection → qualification → conversion flow to each vertical's funnel and requirements. - Partner with sales and industry teams to translate advertiser needs into scalable product capabilities; drive key-client pilots, onboarding, and feedback loops. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (vertical, ads core, delivery / algorithm, BI, design, creatives) to identify challenges, define product strategy, and set objectives aligned with vertical advertisers' needs. - Leverage customer feedback, user research, competitor research, and data analytics to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve the lead-generation experience. - Stay up-to-date with ad-tech trends and emerging technologies (including AI / agent-based lead solutions), applying this knowledge to keep TikTok at the forefront of advertising solutions.
