We are looking for exceptional researchers with a demonstrated track record in AI Systems, with expertise in topics such as CUDA/GPU programming and optimization, Model serving and inference engine optimization, storage systems and KV cache management, high-performance networking and scheduling.

We are looking for researchers with strong scientific and analytical skills. The candidate should be comfortable dealing with open research problems, new ideas, and evolving directions, and should play different roles in the research effort as needed. The candidate will work closely with other researchers, engineers, product teams, and internal/external partners, and take ownership of driving research toward impactful publications and influencing industry trends. This also provides a great opportunity to receive mentoring as well as to mentor and lead interns and other team members.
