Highlights: Physician-led culture where your voice matters Autonomy in care with support from colleagues and mentors Flexible scheduling (3-days per week) + (12-hour shifts) Value-based care model focused on quality, not volume Innovation-driven practice supported by national resources Growth, Teaching, and Leadership opportunities (when timing aligns) Primary Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive express care to a diverse patient population with the support and resources needed to practice at the peak of your license This is a walk-in clinic (Express Care) with volume varying by season (i.e. flu, etc.) Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including primary care providers, care coordinators, behavioral health, pharmacy, and community specialists.
