 OVERVIEW Own day-to-day customer operations for assigned General Mills customers, serving as a key contact for order management and service issue resolution. Partner with Field Sales, Supply Chain, logistics teams, and customer representatives to resolve issues accurately, maintain service levels, and improve end-to-end process efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on customer experience and supply chain performance. This job requires to work in 3.30PM-12:30AM shift. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Manage customer orders and related transactions accurately and within defined service timelines. • Investigate and resolve issues related to order processing, product or service delivery, returns, and refunds. • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat with clear, professional communication and timely follow-through. • Escalate complex issues with complete background information and coordinate with the appropriate teams through resolution. • Maintain accurate customer interaction and transaction records in relevant systems; use data to identify recurring issues and trends. • Collaborate with Field Sales, Supply Chain, logistics, and customer teams to improve processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in customer operations, order management, customer service, or supply chain operations. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship or order management systems. • Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, collaboration, adaptability, and follow-through skills. • Individual contributor role; people-management experience is not required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consumer goods or supply chain environment. • Experience using operational data to identify root causes and deliver process improvements. • Experience working with cross-functional or global teams across time zones.
