Tire Technician Build a Career That Matters with One of the World’s Most Respected Employers! - - - - - - - - - - - - KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS Contract execution Fleet audit : examines the vehicles as per specified methodology and specified safety rules/ Knows the driving conditions and contributes to the tire process Assess with the Service Provider the operational performance Schedule follow up and corrective action plan with Services Provider Check good implementation of initial and final inspection Partnering Manages existing partner relations within established agreements. Monitors partnership arrangements to ensure that the objectives of the partnership remain on target. Negotiates adjustments to the partnership, as required. Service Provider Monitoring: Contribute to SP remuneration process through assessment of performance , Monitors service providers performance on his/her perimeter, and, when necessary, follow action plans up aiming to put Service Provider performances back on target. Operational Management Informs his manager of any change in customer organization (usage conditions, type of work of vehicle, new interlocutor, all information related to the customer). Informs his manager of any change in Service Provider organization Applies safety instructions in the execution of work* Contribution to Service Provider qualification, including training in the field if relevant. Administrative Management: Comments and ensures validation by the customer of operating documents (ex : non-seen vehicle list) Ensures invoicing of damaged items Optimizes the operational stocks (rolling and standing) maintained by Service Provider.
