Assist project delivery in sustainability engineering such as green building assessment and certification (LEED, WELL, SITES, etc.), sustainable design and planning, energy studies, and carbon management etc. Carry out building performance modeling and analysis such as energy, AVA, daylight, solar, ventilation, thermal comfort etc. Prepare technical reports, presentations and other project deliverables; Project team coordination and project meeting attendance Assist with project bidding and business development activities Willingness to travel within the Greater Bay Area and Hong Kong Qualifications Degree in Built Environment / Energy Engineering /Environmental Engineering /Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Engineering; Knowledge of carbon management, carbon audit and ESG is preferred; LEED AP / WELL AP with 5 years working experiences; 5-year relevant experience with sustainable design modeling software is preferred (eQuest, IES, Ecotect, Fluent, DiaLux, etc); Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English is necessary; and proficient in Cantonese; Self-motivated and hardworking; Candidates with less experience will be considered as Engineer, candidate with more experience will be considered as Associate.
