Make your mark in Commercial Property This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the profitable growth of our Commercial Property portfolio by developing innovative solutions for complex risks. As a Professional Associate, you will build the expertise needed to underwrite a diverse book of new and renewal business while leveraging strong relationship management skills to drive business results. You will gain a deep understanding of Property underwriting principles, collaborate closely with Risk Engineering specialists to evaluate and mitigate risk, and cultivate strategic broker relationships in a fast-paced, market-facing environment. Through this experience, you will develop the technical, analytical, and commercial acumen required to make sound underwriting decisions and deliver value to clients and business partners alike. Minimum Qualifications
Education Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2027 (unofficial transcript required upon application). Program Requirements Available to start the Program on July 26, 2027. Analyst positions are in-person opportunities, requiring employees to work in the office at least four days per week. Core Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment. Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
