As a Procurement Process Excellence and Analytics Specialist on our Corporate Functions team, you ensure processes run efficiently, you bring clarity, and dependable support to the heart of the company. Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role In this role, you will combine process excellence, analytics and digital solutions to improve the way our procurement team works and makes decisions. Identify, evaluate and collect process improvement opportunities with a focus on optimization and digitalization Drive the implementation of improvement initiatives using automation and technology solutions Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements that eliminate inefficiencies and increase operational effectiveness Develop, maintain and enhance reports by collecting, validating, cleaning and analyzing data, creating calculations and publishing results Support data quality controls to ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability of information Calculate team productivity metrics and continuously improve daily dashboards that provide meaningful business insights and performance visibility Prepare and support presentations, surveys and internal communications materials Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You are analytical and improvement oriented, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations and practical solutions. You collaborate confidently with stakeholders and feel comfortable supporting projects and organizational change. A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or an equivalent field of studies Around 1-3y of experience in data analytics - previous experience with low-code tools and knowledge of Tableau are preferred Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools , particularly Excel, including macros and Power Query, as well as data visualization tools Basic understanding of digitalization, automation and digital transformation concepts Basic understanding of continuous improvement principles and Six Sigma methodology Comfortable supporting project management and change management activities Fluency in English (mandatory) Please send us your CV in English. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
