Northrop Grumman’s Corporate Sector Chief Information & Digital Office (CIDO) is seeking a Staff Business Process Analyst to serve as the CIDO Business Strategy Lead , defining strategic direction, priorities, and business framing for the Strategy and Architecture portfolio within the Governance & Strategy organization. This role serves as the senior strategy lane under the Head of Strategy and Architecture and helps ensure business priorities, transformation direction, investment framing, and decision logic are clearly established before architecture, operations, performance, and delivery execution move. This role reports to the Head of Strategy and Architecture. The CIDO Business Strategy role is responsible for shaping strategic context, framing enterprise priorities, developing decision-ready options, and connecting leadership intent to business outcomes, operating-model implications, and transformation sequencing. This role is a peer to the enterprise technical and enterprise business architecture leads rather than reporting through them. It is expected to partner closely with those architecture peers and with Ops & Performance Management while maintaining direct alignment to the Head of Strategy and Architecture. The successful candidate will: Define strategic direction, business framing, and priority logic for the broader Strategy and Architecture portfolio. Shape decision-ready strategic options tied to enterprise outcomes, business drivers, operating-model choices, and transformation sequencing. Partner with enterprise technical architecture, enterprise business architecture, and ops/performance leaders to keep strategic direction aligned with architecture and execution realities. Support leadership decision-making through strategic analysis, briefing content, roadmap framing, and cross-functional prioritization. This position will be available as a virtual telecommuter, however, the incumbent most be within 90 miles of a major Northrop Grumman location for ad hoc onsite meetings Key Responsibilities: Serve as the CIDO Business Strategy lead within Strategy and Architecture.
