As a Software Development Engineer, you will design, develop, maintain, and support manufacturing and third-party applications that drive operational excellence. This role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, the ability to work across multiple technologies, and a passion for solving complex business and technical challenges. You will contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Design, develop, implement, and support scalable software applications and application security solutions for a global manufacturing environment. Collaborate with IT, Information Security, and Technology teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system issues while ensuring the impact of software changes is well understood and documented. Partner with cross-functional teams to perform end-to-end testing, performance analysis, and continuous improvement of real-time data applications. Apply Generative AI and AI-Assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity, support software delivery, and accelerate implementation while maintaining engineering and quality standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience developing RESTful web services using C#, .NET, and object-oriented programming principles. Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases and modern web technologies, including Angular or React, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or equivalent platforms. Demonstrated experience using AI-Assisted coding tools, such as GitHub Copilot or similar AI solutions, within a software development workflow.

Experience building Agentic AI , AI Agents , or related orchestration frameworks involving tool use, memory, or multi-step reasoning. Familiarity with MCP, agent SDKs, or similar integration standards for Agentic Solutions . Experience designing and supporting secure, scalable enterprise applications in a global environment. Demonstrated ability to independently learn and apply new technologies and development methodologies. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams.
