Job Title: Senor Associate, Private Equity / FoF Accounting Locations: New York City (hybrid) About the Role Join a fast-paced private equity and fund-of-funds accounting team where you’ll support the end-to-end financial reporting process, including journal entries, reconciliations, capital calls, and investor reporting. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals and clients while gaining hands-on exposure to complex fund structures and investment data across a dynamic, global platform. How You Will Make an Impact  Maintain all financial data in the investment database Post all journal entries and prepare monthly trial balance reports Reconcile all cash received from investors and investments Reconcile bank accounts Calculate capital calls and distributions Allocate income to partners in accordance with terms of partnership agreements Prepare and issue quarterly financial statements, in accordance with US GAAP for each entity Maintain and update investment data (number of shares, location of securities, country of origin) Interact with clients and provide information as needed Required Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics 2-4+ years’ experience in fund accounting preferably within the Private Equity field Strong knowledge of Bloomberg, financial reporting and financial products (i.e. equities, futures, fixed income) Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, advanced Excel skills Team player mentality with the ability to work independently Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills What Sets You Apart Master’s Degree, CPA/CFA are strong pluses Prior experience training, delegating tasks and reviewing work is a plus Join SS&C, where innovation meets global opportunities.
