Job Description & Summary PwC’s Strategy& is a global team of practical strategists, committed to helping clients solve their toughest problems and capture their greatest opportunities. We combine strategic thinking with practical execution, working alongside clients to develop actionable solutions and deliver measurable impact. Role and responsibilities Conducting market and industry research to understand key business trends and develop recommendations; Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of businesses to identify opportunities for improvement; Building financial and business models to support strategic and operational decisions; Developing reports and presentations on a variety of topics for client stakeholders; Supporting the design, development, testing and implementation of new business processes; Working collaboratively within project teams and contributing to client-facing deliverables. Knowledge and experience: Completed University degree in business field with (GPA) of at least 3.5; Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial services sector (banking, insurance, asset management, fintech), management consulting or a related field Understanding of financial services products, business models and industry dynamics is an advantage Strong command of spoken and written Kazakh\Russian and English; Proficient PC knowledge, Word, Excel, Power Point. During the interviewing process you will need to demonstrate the following skills: General business and financial services understanding; Research and data analysis skills; Strong problem-solving and problem-structuring skills; Ability to solve problems even with minimum prior knowledge in a given area; Strong analytical skills; Commitment and ownership; Strong communication and presentation skills; Ability to work in a multitasking, deadline-driven environment; Willingness to undertake new and challenging tasks.
