Security Receptionist

At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology. 1.    Access Management:    Orchestrate the visitor experience by managing the Envoy visitor system, vetting credentials, and ensuring all guests are properly badged and escorted. 2.    Vigilant Oversight: Maintain a proactive presence in the lobby, identifying and reporting safety hazards or unauthorized access attempts through keen situational awareness and "eyes-on" monitoring of the immediate environment. 3.    Incident Response: Serve as a primary point of contact during emergency situations, assisting with building evacuations and coordinating with the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) and local first responders. 4.    Corporate Hospitality: Provide world-class customer service to employees and visitors, handling inquiries and directing traffic with poise and professionalism. 5.    IP Protection: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding visitor logs and executive movements to protect Cadence’s intellectual property and people. 6.    Operational Support: Coordinate incoming/outgoing logistics, including secure courier deliveries and vendor access for facilities maintenance.
