Job Function: Career Programs Job Sub Function: Non-LDP Intern/Co-Op Job Category: Career Program All Job Posting Locations: Raritan, New Jersey, United States of America Job Description: The Warehouse Operations & Analytics Co-Op will support critical supply chain and warehouse operations within the CAR-T manufacturing network. This role provides hands-on experience in capacity planning, inventory management, operational analytics, and process optimization within a highly regulated cell and gene therapy environment. Working closely with Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams, the Co-Op will leverage data analytics, Lean methodologies, and project management skills to identify opportunities for operational improvement, support strategic initiatives, and help ensure the efficient flow of materials that enable life-changing therapies to reach patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine data-driven decision making with real-world warehouse operations, allowing the Co-Op to develop technical, analytical, and leadership skills while contributing directly to business-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze warehouse and logistics data to identify trends, inventory risks, capacity constraints, and opportunities for operational improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards, automated reports, KPIs, and visual management tools to support data-driven decision making and communicate insights to leadership. Support warehouse expansion and manufacturing growth initiatives through capacity modeling, resource planning, workflow analysis, and operational readiness assessments. Conduct process mapping, time studies, and material flow analyses to optimize warehouse operations, inventory management, and material movement. Partner with Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Warehouse Operations teams to support strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with inventory management activities for critical operational supplies and identify opportunities to improve inventory control processes. Lead project meetings, coordinate stakeholder communications, and drive completion of assigned deliverables.

Qualifications

Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Logistics, or a related analytical discipline. Minimum Junior standing at an accredited university. Experience and Skills: Required: Experience analyzing and interpreting data using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Power Automate, or similar analytics platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, develop insights, and support data-driven decision making. Knowledge of statistics and quantitative analysis techniques. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively across teams, and operate in a fast-paced environment. Preferred:
