Overview

In this role, you'll shape how Microsoft engages customers through some of our most important retail partners across Europe. You'll lead channel marketing initiatives that connect innovation with customers, helping bring Microsoft products and experiences to life through retail, digital, and in-store marketing programs. Working closely with retail partners, OEMs, and silicon partners, you'll influence how millions of customers discover, explore, and engage with Microsoft solutions. Responsibilities
Drives channel marketing strategy and business growth by developing long-term partner and campaign plans, aligning partner capabilities with Microsoft priorities, and leading large-scale omnichannel marketing programs that improve customer engagement, revenue, and ROI. Leads data-driven decision making by creating market and partner segmentation models, translating insights into action, measuring campaign performance, identifying root causes and opportunities, and fostering a continual test-and-learn culture. Builds executive-level partnerships and stakeholder influence through trusted relationships with partners, cross-functional teams, and senior leaders, while connecting customer opportunities to internal resources and driving alignment across organizations. Ensures operational excellence, compliance, and team success by embedding security, privacy, Responsible AI, and funding governance into marketing programs, while coaching teams, driving process improvements, managing risk, and scaling best practices across the organization Qualifications Demonstrable experience leading channel or partner marketing programs through retail partners Extensive experience developing and executing co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners such as retailers, OEMs, or technology partners Background managing teams across different geographies Experience using marketing performance data, customer insights, and segmentation models to drive investment decisions, optimize campaign performance, and improve return on investment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. While specific locations are highlighted, we are open to considering candidates from other locations across Europe based on business needs. Channel Marketing M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 113,600.00 - € 213,700.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
