Job Description The Wealth Operations Center of Excellence (Ops CoE) is a strategic team with the Wealth National Office that partners closely with Platform and Journey teams to drive the successful delivery of key programs and initiatives. Our team focuses on optimizing operational processes, implementing scalable solutions and ensuring seamless collaboration across various departments. As part of the Ops CoE, you will gain exposure to transformational projects, support program delivery through data-driven insights, and collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Platforms and Journey teams to deliver impactful outcomes. Job Requirements Reporting to the Group Manager of Wealth Ops CoE, this role will support key initiatives, including the retail Mutual Fund Conversion, transitioning retail Legacy accounts to Multi-Holding Accounts (MHA). This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on experience in process optimization, change management, and system implementation. The following accountabilities will be core to this role: Support business analysis activities, including process mapping, requirements gathering, impact assessments, and documentation for the MHA Conversion program and other operational change initiatives. Support program delivery by coordinating activities, tracking actions and milestones, documenting key decisions, and helping maintain alignment across Operations, Journey, and Platform teams. Assist with change readiness activities, including the development of training materials, stakeholder communications, and operational implementation plans. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce operational friction, and enhance client and employee experiences. Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment by actively participating in team discussions, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning. Qualifications, Skills, Experience Pursuing a post-secondary education with a demonstrated interest in finance, business transformation, project delivery, or continuous improvement. Minimum of 1-2 prior internship experiences. Familiarity with project delivery, process improvement, or change initiatives is considered an asset. Basic understanding of agile frameworks and scaled agility principles. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) is required. Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, or other project delivery tools is considered an asset. Openness to build and deliver presentations to medium-sized audiences. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to provide examples of strong judgement and ability to manage ambiguity.
