We are responsible for delivering over 200 Microsoft web portals, Live and Online Services around the world including infrastructure, security and compliance, operations, globalization, and manageability. We are looking for a passionate individual to help build the network that powers the world’s largest online services.      Within CO+I, the Global Contracts Management (GCM) team is responsible for establishing a supply chain that can meet the ever-growing growth of the Microsoft Cloud and our customers. We support a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-billion, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects. Furthermore, we support the Operations team that manages and runs the cloud assets. We are looking to fill a critical role of Campus Contracts Manager, which will focus on sourcing and contracting for successful delivery of Microsoft Datacenter projects in Singapore.   This role is located in Singapore.  This is a site based role but will be required to work at Microsoft Frasers Tower office at the initial stage.

Responsibilities: Creates, maintains, and executes on multi-year sourcing strategy for several complex projects and/or purchasing opportunities, optimizing costs and ensuring continuity of supply and/or services. Integrates business specifications into request for information (RFI) and/or request for proposal (RFP) processes, manages supplier evaluation frameworks, and partners with suppliers to drive innovation and improvement. Leads contract and price negotiation activities and ensures alignment with cross-functional engagements. Applies end-to-end understanding of procurement processes to drive business impact and leads decision-making around workstream processes. Ensures adherence to policy and collaborates with senior stakeholders to drive consistency across supply chain requests. Routes original Purchase Orders and supervises procurement execution while ensuring procedural compliance. Monitors the impact of complex change orders and drives supplier and contractor performance management. Develops negotiation strategies and facilitates early business engagements with cross-functional leadership. Manages supplier activity and trains external stakeholders to improve supplier performance.Sourcing Creates, maintains, and executes on procurement contracting strategies for multiple complex data center construction projects and/or purchasing opportunities to ensure optimal cost and sufficient continuity of supply and services. Drives market intelligence and benchmarking across Microsoft. Works across functionally with senior stakeholders and consults with other industry experts to inform strategy with a global view. Leverages end-to-end sourcing and procurement expertise, market intelligence and benchmark data to identify, revise, and influence the definition of business requirements, manage conflicting priorities and tradeoffs, and resolve escalations to execute on contracting strategies and solutions. Integrates business specifications and contracting strategies for several complex purchasing areas into request for information (RFI) and/or request for proposal (RFP) processes. Collaborates cross-functionally to define and manage supplier scorecard criteria (e.g., key performance indicators [KPIs], Service Level Agreements [SLAs]), coordinates supplier performance/recovery reviews,
