As a Director Application Management in our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, you work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building longlasting partnerships that thrive on success. Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Drive the business development and market adoption of robotics applications with a strong focus on emerging Physical AI systems. Develop a deep understanding of robotics and Physical AI market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics globally. Identify growth opportunities and define application strategies for robotics markets. Drive business development with leading customers and build strategic relationships with leading industrial companies as well as automotive players expanding into robotics and autonomous systems . Drive and support global Go-To-Market activities for robotics applications. Act as the business interface between customers, Sales , Product Management , and Application Engineering , and support customer engagements and strategic projects from opportunity identification through commercialization . Influence application, system, and product roadmaps based on market requirements and customer insights. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Advanced degree in Robotics , Electrical Engineering , Computer Science , Automation , or a related field. 10+ years of experience in robotics , automation , autonomous systems , or related technology markets. Strong understanding of robotics ecosystems , Physical AI , machine vision , motion control , edge intelligence , and autonomous systems . Business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate market trends into growth opportunities .
