Own projects from concept to implementation, including methodology design, validation, documentation, and governance approval. Transform complex research and data into practical insights that help clients better understand and navigate private markets. Collaborate closely with Product and Commercial teams to develop solutions that address evolving client needs and market trends. Present research, methodology enhancements, and product innovations to senior leadership, governance committees, and institutional investors. Partner directly with clients to understand their investment challenges and help shape future product development. Contribute to MSCI's thought leadership through research publications, market insights, and client-facing content. Mentor junior researchers and help foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and analytical excellence. Why This Role? What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience in research, investment strategy, product development, or a similar role within asset management or financial services. A proven ability to lead projects from idea to execution , making thoughtful decisions and driving results with minimal direction. Experience improving processes, methodologies, or
