This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to make a real impact in a business going through significant transformation and change. Working closely with leaders across the business, you will shape and support key people priorities, with a strong focus on employee relations, leadership effectiveness, coaching, and employee experience. Coach managers through complex people situations and organizational change Support workforce planning, organizational transitions, and broader people initiatives Build trusted relationships with employees and stakeholders across the business Use people insights and data to support decision making and identify trends Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently in line with employment legislation What we’re looking for Strong HR generalist experience, ideally within a dynamic or evolving environment Experience managing employee relations matters with professional and sound judgement Strong communication , coaching, and stakeholder management skills Ability to influence and build credibility at all levels of the organization Comfortable navigating ambiguity, change, and competing priorities Collaborative, pragmatic and solutions focused approach Required An exceptional candidate has experience in HR, Employment law or related field. Typically, 5-6 years of relevant professional experience in a business, operations, or functional support role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate , high-quality work.
