"• Role Purpose • The V&A Controllership Analyst supports the financial integration of acquired entities by executing and coordinating assigned post close accounting, affiliate accounting, SAP cutover, stabilization and handover activities under the supervision of a V&A Controllership Associate Manager or designated Level 9 or above reviewer. What are we looking for? "• Core competencies Accounting analysis execution discipline problem solving stakeholder coordination; concise communication planning and adaptability collaboration continuous improvement. • Preferred experience Acquisition or business-combination accounting; affiliate accounting or post-acquisition integration; US GAAP IFRS; statutory accounts or audits; SAP Financials BlackLine; global teams; VBA, macros, Power Query or finance automation." Roles and Responsibilities: "• Key Responsibilities • • Support assigned acquisitions and controllership workstreams under Level 9 or above direction and review; prepare accounting workings, journal support, reconciliations, financial analysis and audit-ready evidence. • • Review purchase accounting and opening balance sheet activities by gathering evidence and analysing balances in accordance with approved guidance. • • Execute affiliate accounting during the post close and pre SAP period, including trial balance review, balance-sheet support, income-statement movements, estimates, true-ups and adjustments. • • Reconcile statutory or legacy books, affiliate outputs and US GAAP balances; investigate unusual movements, missing support and accounting differences, and escalate items requiring judgment. • • Support SAP transition, accounting data dependencies, readiness and stabilization; coordinate inputs with Finance Transition Services, Tax, Legal, country controllership, integration teams and finance towers. • • Perform assigned controllership activities across intercompany, cash, fixed assets, payroll, intangible assets, period-end close and other acquisition-related accounting areas. • • Prepare and maintain BlackLine or equivalent reconciliations, resolve aged items and support statutory financial statements, independent audits, liquidation or legal-entity closure activities. • • Maintain deal trackers, checklists, issue logs, action lists and handover files; ensure deliverables are complete, traceable, timely and compliant with internal controls, policies and retention requirements. • • Provide clear status updates, escalate risks and dependencies early, and
