Your Development Journey Year 1 Learn marketing fundamentals, nutrition industry knowledge, analytics and brand support activities. You'll also spend time shadowing teams across Sales, Finance, Medical and Commercial Excellence Year 2 Take ownership of campaigns, support digital marketing initiatives, manage agency relationships and contribute to customer engagement strategies. Year 3 Lead strategic projects, contribute to innovation initiatives and develop leadership skills while preparing for your next career step.
