Packaging Operations Administrator

To support day-to-day Packaging Control Tower operations through accurate processing of returns, administration of packaging transactions, coordination of logistics activities, and maintenance of operational records across multiple systems.

Operational Administration Create and manage packaging return/repositioning jobs within TMS. Process customer and station requests accurately and within SLA. Maintain records of packaging movements and asset tracking. Coordinate packaging collections through approved logistics providers. Data & System Management Update transaction records in TMS and Smartsheet. Ensure completeness and accuracy of operational data. Support master-data maintenance activities. Customer & Stakeholder Support Manage requests received via shared mailboxes. Provide status updates and issue resolutions. Escalate complex issues to the Line Manager Compliance Support Ensure mandatory data fields are completed. Maintain traceability of packaging assets. Support audit requests and data validation exercises. KPIs SLA adherence Data accuracy Request turnaround time Process quality score Stakeholder response time Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in customer systems support, customer operations, service operations, order management, case management, or a related field required. Skills and Knowledge: Certification in IT service management, customer support, customer relationship management systems, process improvement, or equivalent certification preferred.
