Job Description
This role will be based in one of our Cork sites. The Digital Solutions team builds smart tools and systems that help the Neurovascular R&D team make better decisions using data and technology. Tasks and responsibilities may include: Help collect and organize data. Support the development and testing of digital tools. Learn about cloud platforms, coding , and data visualization. Join team meetings and contribute ideas. Build databases on SQL server (or similar) for extracting and analysing data captured during building of prototypes. Build apps as interface to input and upload data from building and test results; primarily using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, SQL & Python. Build apps to interact with various task management tools; primarily using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, SQL & Python. Evaluate and implement process improvement activities. Ensures compliance with the Quality, Safety and 6S Systems. Build Dashboards using PowerBi Communicate and update mentor/leader on all activities on a regular basis. All training provided for above activities.
What you will need
Currently completing an Irish or Northern Irish university qualification in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or other related courses Basic coding knowledge (e.g., Python or JavaScript). Basic Reporting Tool knowledge Curious, eager to learn, and a good communicator. Honesty and integrity ; must comply with the quality system, regulations, and company policies Self-motivated, flexible, and hardworking - enjoys working in a dynamic, fast and results orientated environment Interested in data , software , and digital innovation.
