Business Systems Analyst

Lead and support system testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of enhancements and workflows Create, configure, execute, and track business assessments within enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and Oracle Support day-to-day workflow execution and system operations while ensuring process accuracy and efficiency Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional system solutions Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements in partnership with business and technical teams What are the requirements needed for this position? Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience working with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Oracle, or similar workflow-based systems Experience supporting system testing, validation, workflow execution, and business process automation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders What other skills/experience would be helpful to have? Experience within sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or shared services environments Experience configuring or enhancing ServiceNow workflows or Oracle-based processes Familiarity with workflow automation technologies and AI-enabled tools Experience supporting system enhancements, platform upgrades, and releases Exposure to Agile or project-based delivery environments What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job? General office environment with prolonged periods of computer and telephone use. This role operates in a collaborative remote environment and requires regular interaction with global stakeholders.
