Summary: Supports account managers and project managers by overseeing project execution from order entry phase to release for shipment.  Serve as a liaison between all departments and stakeholders within the company to fulfill large opening orders for clients with maximum efficiency and accuracy. Maintains project schedules, monitors timelines and adjusts orders accordingly. Identifies bottlenecks and uses critical thinking and problem solving skills to determine the best solutions for the client and company.

The salary range for this role is $52k to $60k Medical, Dental, Prescription Drug, and EFAP Benefits after 30 days of employment FULL flex benefits program Family culture  Advancement opportunities Essential Functions: Organizes all essential communication for key projects Manages multiple order sheets with daily/weekly updates on order status and provides updates to the respective parties involved. Reviews internal initiatives from a customer perspective to ensure proper execution - updates orders accordingly. Coordinates staging shipment schedule and deadlines with all parties involved including logistics. Directs internal Gordon Food Service teams with new restaurant location openings and closings and assists in managing the new store opening order. Reads and analyzes multiple reports for order verification and problem solves based on the situation to fulfill as close to 100% as possible. Provides teams with shipping summaries and manages backorders. Leads cross functional meetings with account managers, warehouse, supply chain & sales to meet targets.
