Responsibilities 1. Seller Outreach: Support seller education materials, outreach templates, and campaign setup. 2. Onboarding Support: Check failed onboarding cases and collect common seller issues for follow-up. 3. Product Testing: Test new onboarding features, report bugs, and follow up on product issues.
