Maximus is seeking a Community Program and Peer Network Coordinator (CPPNC) to support the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) program. The CPPNC serves as a trusted advisor and liaison to component headquarters, strengthening the readiness, resilience, and well-being of Special Operations Forces (SOF) personnel and their families through coordinated community-based and peer-support programs. This position supports a federal government contract and may require compliance with customer-specific suitability, credentialing, security, training, work-location, and travel requirements. Requirements may vary based on contract needs U.S. citizenship is required. Candidates must possess an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance as required for contract performance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Supervise a team of employees through cultivation of a high performance team - Ensure adequate staff coverage for assigned program area - Serve as subject matter expert for identified area of program knowledge - Ensure assigned team is meeting contract and individual SLA's, and related requirements - Work with contract management and shared services to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies - May attend client and stakeholder meetings - Performs other related duties as assigned.
-The successful candidate will support POTFF’s mission to optimize and sustain SOF readiness, longevity, and performance through integrated, holistic human performance programs. Responsibilities include: - Lead or support the assessment, planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of community-based and peer-mentoring programs. - Organize and oversee peer-support networks, including recruiting, training, and coordinating peer counselors in accordance with USSOCOM CPPNC standards. - Collect, analyze, document, and report qualitative and quantitative data to support formative and outcome evaluations. - Identify program and service gaps and develop targeted initiatives based on population, location, and mission needs. - Connect SOF personnel and families with appropriate Department of Defense resources, including Military OneSource, Military and Family Life Counseling, personal financial counseling, and crisis-support services. - Review and provide recommendations on policies, procedures, and processes to strengthen program alignment, effectiveness, and resource utilization. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary
