Internship Position Title: People Success Intern   The 2027 Ulta Beauty Internship is a structured 10-week program designed to develop future talent and provide interns with a unique and impactful development experience. This program is tailored for rising college Juniors and Seniors, offering Corporate, Field, and Distribution Center internship tracks. The internship will be hybrid for Corporate interns and in-person for Distribution Center and Field interns. Interns will gain hands-on experience in Ulta Beauty’s operations while contributing to business needs, engaging in meaningful projects, and broadening their professional development. The internship program provides real-world experience directly related to the academic discipline and career goals, offering a better understanding of career options. Hands-on experience working as a member of a specific department, team, and or location. Assigned projects to accelerate learning of key functions and processes. Cross-functional exposure to various departments. Comprehensive overview of the company structure and strategy. Tailored professional development sessions and valuable networking opportunities. Capstone presentation to leadership, showing project outcomes and recommendations.

OVERVIEW: As People Success (PS) Project Manager Intern, you will support the Senior Project Manager and the People Success Strategy & Innovation team in implementing key PS initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in project coordination and change management within a fast-paced & dynamic HR environment.   INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES: As an intern, you will contribute to achieving the following goals: Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing action items. Help track project timelines, deliverables, and update project management tools. Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for stakeholder review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-up on tasks. Maintain organized project files and assist in status reporting. Support change management activities by helping develop communication materials and tracking adoption metri cs.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools. Interest in HR processes, project management, and organizational change. Comfort with ambiguity and ability to shape, elevate and move planning forward. Highest level of integrity and good judgment.

Must be a rising Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited undergraduate university in the summer of 2027. Previous work experience and active involvement with on-campus organizations or activities. Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.   The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $0.00 / Hour. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
