As a SEO/GEO Senior Analyst in our Corporate Functions team become the heart of our organization by developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role As an SEO/GEO Senior Analyst , you will on the one hand contribute your expertise to central SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) projects, providing sound, hands-on recommendations. On the other hand, you will independently drive these topics forward within our division, developing a division-specific strategy in close alignment with the central team, while managing smaller projects yourself and identifying quick wins along the way. Contribute to central SEO and GEO projects : bring in your expertise, provide well-founded, actionable recommendations, and help shape best practices across the organization Develop and drive a division-specific SEO and GEO strategy , tailored to our division's content, products, and audiences, in close alignment with the central team Independently manage smaller SEO/GEO projects and initiatives within the division, from planning to execution Proactively identify low-hanging fruit and quick wins to improve organic visibility and discoverability , both in traditional search and in generative AI search experiences Analyze SEO and GEO performance using relevant tools (e.g., Google Search Console) and translate findings into concrete recommendations for content and web teams Stay on top of the evolving search and generative AI landscape, and proactively bring new opportunities and risks to the division's attention With great dedication you build strong working relationships across the division and with the central SEO/GEO team , fostering alignment without losing pace on division-specific priorities Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology , or a related field At least 3 years of relevant work experience in SEO, ideally including exposure to GEO (Generative Engine Optimization); experience in a large corporate environment is a plus Solid working knowledge of common SEO tools , both free and paid (e.g., Google Search Console) Ability to work both as part of a central team and independently , balancing strategic alignment with hands-on delivery Strong analytical thinking paired with genuine curiosity about how search behavior - human and AI-driven - is evolving Good verbal and written communication skills , with the ability to articulate complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences Fluency in English (written and spoken) Please send us your CV in English. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
