Job Description

At our production site in Ludwigshafen am Rhein, we are looking for a Project Analyst NPI (all genders) to start as soon as possible. As Project Analyst NPI, you will be responsible for ensuring and carrying out the proper, GMP-compliant testing of intermediates, bulk and finished medicinal products, stability samples, and, where applicable, other samples such as validation batches, based on valid test instructions.

Responsibilities

Independently and fully perform established methods, testing assignments, and techniques in accordance with test instructions. Largely independently select and perform non-routine analytical testing and specialized techniques. Independently plan, report, and perform validations and method transfers, and independently support the introduction of new techniques. Independently evaluate, document, and assess the activities performed in accordance with the applicable departmental procedures, ensuring the traceability, plausibility, and accuracy of the results obtained. Comply with and optimize all GMP, EHS, and 5S guidelines. Plan and procure the chemicals, reagents, and consumables required to carry out the investigations. Proactively resolve analytical problems.

Qualifications

Successfully completed training as a chemical or biological laboratory technician, CTA, PTA, or BTA; a bachelor’s degree in a natural science with at least five years of professional experience; or a comparable master’s degree with at least two years of professional experience. Depending on the area of assignment, knowledge of and experience in high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), UV/VIS spectrometry, and bioanalytics, including ELISA and reporter gene assays. Good knowledge of good documentation practices and confidence working in a GMP-regulated environment. A structured and independent way of working, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. Very good German and good English language skills. Reliability and a high degree of accuracy at work. Very good communication and teamwork skills.
