What You Will Do
Provide F135 Program Management support for depot maintenance activities at West Palm Beach (WPB), Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE), NAS Jacksonville, and Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE), Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point. Monitor production performance and key performance indicators to ensure compliance with customer requirements, maintenance objectives, and contractual commitments. Act as the primary interface and point of escalation for technical, material, engineering, and repair challenges impacting depot production performance. Communicate production status, risks, recovery plans, and key issues to F135 Sustainment leadership and stakeholders to support timely decision-making. Support enterprise planning, contract, and proposal activities by collecting and validating depot capacity, readiness, and production inputs, including development of Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and support of customer negotiations. Collaborate across Pratt & Whitney, government, and depot partner organizations to ensure alignment and successful execution of F135 sustainment priorities. Ability to collaborate across multiple organizations and integrate key stakeholder requirements to achieve program objectives. Strong communication, presentation, and data management skills.

Qualifications
You Must Have Bachelor’s degree in operations, engineering, management, or business 10 years of project management, program management, operations management experience; or an advanced degree with 7 years of project management, program management, operations management experience. Experience supporting aircraft propulsion systems, engine maintenance operations, depot maintenance, military sustainment programs, or aerospace production environments. 2 years experience in leadership, judgment, influencing, negotiating, and stakeholder management skills. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance is required;
