Company: Mercer Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Benefits Operations team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. This role will be based in the Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This role provides administrative and project support for day-to-day benefits operations and helps ensure that client service and operational activities are completed accurately and on time. You will work with benefits data, systems, reporting, and client requests while supporting process improvements and new system testing. We will count on you to: Manage low to moderately complex benefits operational assignments. Analyze benefits data files, identify issues and discrepancies, and support resolution of errors. Maintain operational systems and tools and provide system support. Prepare operational reporting for management. Participate in ad hoc operations projects and daily operational activities. Support testing of new systems and tools and help evaluate opportunities for updates and improvements. What you need to have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to analyze data and work with operational systems and tools. Good written and verbal communication skills.
