Key responsibilities in your new role In this role, you will lead digitalization and transformation projects in a global semiconductor manufacturing environment, driving project execution from planning to delivery while ensuring targets for timeline, quality, cost, and budget are successfully achieved . You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, manage risks and problem-solving activities, identify cost reduction opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions that support operational excellence and business objectives. Lead digitalization and transformation projects in an international backend semiconductor manufacturing environment Forms and leads the project team and assigns responsibilities within project and Project Members Identify cost down opportunities and drive cost down projects Take responsibility for the successful achievement of project targets in terms of timeline, quality, cost, and budget throughout the entire project lifecycle Uses Infineon project management tools to structure projects, control progress, and for reporting and documentation Drives problem-solving activities within the project using standard Infineon trouble-shooting methodologies, (8D, 5 Whys, etc.) Work closely with cross-functional project teams from various locations, to solve complex problems and identify innovative solution Actively manage the project and pro-actively manage potential deviations to avert delays and additional cost Manage the project risks and lead the team in problem-solving situations Act as the Key communication interface (for project related matters), representing Back End to other Infineon Divisions (Business lines, Central Functions e.g. Finance, PTE, Procurement, Quality, etc.) Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed You strive to leverage your engineering and project management expertise to lead complex cross-functional initiatives within semiconductor manufacturing, driving successful outcomes in quality, delivery, and operational performance . You apply strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and collaborative problem-solving skills to navigate challenges, influence diverse teams, and deliver impactful solutions in a global environment. Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering, Material Science , or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in Semiconductor manufacturing, and final test process In-depth knowledge in Project Management with more than 5 years' experience leading cross-functional projects of significant complexity, risk, reach, and impacts for part of the company Preferably with professional IPMA or PMA certification Ability to solve complex problems via shaping open mind-set and cooperation in heterogeneous teams; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information Strong interpersonal communication and experience in stakeholder management within an international environment Willingness to travel will be an added advantage #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
